We’re not a marketplace where you pick a supplier yourself, and we’re not software you operate on your own. We’re your single contract partner, handling CNC machining, sheet metal, 3D printing, or casting projects efficiently and reliably. 

No, FACTUREE doesn’t manufacture parts directly. We work with a network of 2,000+ certified manufacturing partners who do. This gives us constant access to free capacity, short lead times, and the right partner for even the most demanding projects.

FACTUREE is your sole contract partner from inquiry to delivery. Your manufacturing partner never learns which company they’re producing for, and you never receive information about which partner manufactured your parts. Based on your requirements, we select the best-suited partner from our network, manage full coordination, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery at competitive prices.

No, you don’t need to handle communication with the manufacturing partner yourself. FACTUREE is your sole contract partner and point of contact throughout the entire process. We manage full coordination, from partner selection to on-time delivery, keeping your procurement simple, efficient, and free of extra back-and-forth.

No, your data isn’t shared directly with third parties. Unlike traditional bidding processes, where technical drawings go out to dozens of suppliers, your data stays with FACTUREE first. We can already provide a price indication without sharing your information. Only once you place an order do we share anonymized manufacturing data with the selected partner, with no way to trace it back to your company or end product. FACTUREE is 27001 certified and also stores all data exclusively in ISO 27001-certified data centers.

Data security is a top priority at FACTUREE. Our AI-driven partner selection typically shortlists no more than three potential manufacturing partners per project. All data shared with them remains anonymized, with no way to trace it back to your company or product. 

FACTUREE is ISO 27001 certified, meeting the highest standards in information security, and all data is stored exclusively within secure, compliant data centers. Our manufacturing partners are contractually bound to confidentiality through NDAs. On request, we provide an NDA immediately or draft a custom agreement for your specific needs.

Our manufacturing partners go through a strict selection process and continuous quality monitoring. Partners who don’t meet our standards are removed from the network. We also manage quality control ourselves and provide inspection reports and certificates on request.

Use our request form to upload 3D models in STEP format along with technical drawings, then select your materials and preferred delivery timeline. No 3D models? That’s not a problem either, you can submit your request by email or in a personal conversation. Our experts will help you find the right solution, whether you need a single prototype or full series production.

FACTUREE covers a broad range of manufacturing processes for custom parts. This includes CNC machining, such as 3-axis and 5-axis milling and turning, as well as combined turn-mill processes. 

In sheet metal, we offer laser cutting, waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, bending, punching, and deep drawing. 

Our additive manufacturing portfolio includes FDM, SLS, SLA, and MJF for fast, cost-efficient production of complex geometries. 

For plastic and metal parts, we also offer casting processes like injection molding, die casting, and vacuum casting, suitable for both prototypes and series production. 

Finally, we offer a wide range of surface treatments, including anodizing, painting, powder coating, and hardening, so your parts are precisely manufactured and properly finished.

Yes, manufacturing with customer-supplied material is possible under certain conditions. We evaluate each case individually, depending on the material type. Please note that carbide is excluded and cannot be accepted as a customer-supplied material. Send us the relevant details of your request, and we’ll assess feasibility.

FACTUREE is ISO 9001 certified and ISO 27001 certified, meeting the highest standards in information security. We’re also AEO certified (Authorized Economic Operator), which supports fast, reliable international customs handling.

Our manufacturing partners meet at least the ISO 9001 standard. For especially demanding industries, we can also provide partners certified to IATF 16949, for example for automotive projects. If you need additional certifications, just let us know, we’ll factor in your requirements and find the right partner for your project.

Yes, we manufacture to your technical drawing, including tolerances as tight as ±0.01 mm, for example in CNC machining. If any limitations apply in individual cases, we document them transparently in your quote.
