The Story Behind The German Online Manufacturing Platform
Sometimes the best solutions come from a personal problem. Moritz König knew that better than most. As an engineer, he spent more time chasing quotes than designing anything. Manual processes, no transparency, delays at every turn.
That frustration became an idea in 2017. Moritz partnered with Christopher Walzel, an IT specialist, to build the platform he wished had existed. Since then, Christopher’s team has spent 150,000 hours building the engine now powering FACTUREE.
Today, FACTUREE is an online manufacturing platform based in Berlin, Germany, managing end-to-end procurement of custom parts through a vetted network of 2,000+ certified partners, from prototypes to full-scale production.

Because every request is unique, we do not believe in inaccurate instant pricing. Instead we deliver a validated, market-accurate quote.
A dedicated point of contact manages your project from inquiry to delivery, so coordination never falls on your own shoulders. Our in-house logistics team, based in Berlin, handles shipping and on-site customs clearance under our AEO certification, keeping your supply chain in one convenient place.
